CAMPAIGN PERIOD: The SoundCloud x Subtronics Remix Campaign ("Campaign") for the track "Eyes Cut Deeper" ("Track") by Subtronics ("Artist") is presented by SoundCloud, Inc. ("SoundCloud") and Artist (collectively, "Campaign Parties"). The Campaign starts on April 22, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Campaign Period"). Remixes submitted during the Campaign Period may remain on your SoundCloud account. New uploads will not be permitted after the conclusion of the Campaign Period.
ELIGIBILITY: The Campaign is open to anyone who has a current, valid account on SoundCloud with an Artist Pro subscription or Artist Pro subscription trial as of the time of download for the "stems" during the Campaign Period. By participating, each participant ("Participant," "you," or "your") agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To submit a remix ("Remix") during the Campaign Period:
(1) Download the "stems" from https://soundcloud.com/pages/subtronics-remix. Please note that the stems will only be available to SoundCloud users who have an Artist Pro account. Participants without an Artist Pro subscription can use the code ECDREMIX2026 at checkout to receive a 30-day trial for an Artist Pro subscription;
(2) Use the stems to create an original Remix. Please note that your Remix may not contain uncleared samples;
(3) Upload your Remix to your SoundCloud account and tag it with #ECDREMIX2026.
There is no limit to the number of Remixes a Participant may upload, but all Remixes must be unique and uploaded separately.
SoundCloud and Artist reserve the right to allow for minor deviations from the terms hereof in their sole discretion.
Except the stems, the Remix must be wholly original to the Participant and shall not contain uncleared samples or unlicensed third-party materials.
All Remixes must adhere to SoundCloud's Community Guidelines (https://soundcloud.com/community-guidelines).
Without limiting any rights that SoundCloud may have, SoundCloud shall have the right to remove a Remix from SoundCloud at any time and for any reason.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: Participant hereby represents and warrants that: (a) Aside from the stems, the Remix is completely original and will not violate, conflict with, or infringe upon any third party rights; (b) the use of the Remix as permitted herein will not cause the Campaign Parties to incur any fees; (c) Participant will not monetize, distribute, or submit their Remix to any so-called "content ID" copyright protection service; (d) Participant shall not upload their Remix to any platforms other than SoundCloud.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: Artist will retain all rights in and to the Track and the stems thereof.
Without limiting any of the rights granted herein, Participant hereby grants to the Campaign Parties and their respective designees, licensees, successors, and assigns a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publicly perform, create derivative works based upon, and otherwise exploit the Participant's Remix, name, social media handles, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information, and performance, together with any other material, edited or modified as the Campaign Parties see fit, in any manner, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including on a Twitch stream with Artist, in perpetuity, for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade, without further compensation to, notification of, or permission from Participant or any third party.
Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Campaign Parties shall have no obligation to exercise the rights granted herein. Participant also acknowledges and agrees that the Remix may be posted or linked, without limitation, on the Campaign Parties' websites and social media pages and may be available to anyone with access to the internet. Participant agrees that the Campaign Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized use of a Remix by any third party.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, each Participant agrees to release, indemnify, discharge, and hold harmless SoundCloud, Artist, and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, injury, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Participant's participation in the Campaign or any Campaign-related activity, or the exercise of the rights granted herein.
IF PARTICIPANT IS A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WHICH PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."
PRIVACY: Submission of any content or information on SoundCloud is subject to SoundCloud's posted policies, including SoundCloud's privacy policy. Any personally identifiable information submitted with a Remix may be used by SoundCloud in accordance with SoundCloud's privacy policy posted at https://soundcloud.com/pages/privacy.
